NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of June, 2011, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 23, Block 1800, 37th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 4, 4A through 4H, inclusive, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2009 CA 010116 NC, Dolores Yunker, Plaintiff vs. Shantel Holdings, Inc., as Trustee of the 2200 Logsdon Land Trust, Et Al, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
