NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021654-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHARRON FISHER A/K/A SHARRON A FISHER; WACHOVIA BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 127,7 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF WORRINGTON AVENUE, THENCE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 229.4 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 127.7 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, THENCE WEST 229.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
