NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006013-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-11, Plaintiff and Terry C. Kirkland and Charlotte Kirkland are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on July 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 60, STONEYBROOK AT PALMER RANCH UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 17, 17A, 17B, 17C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
