NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 014827 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and michael finfgeld; corin finfgeld; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER
