NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-011340 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 28th day of June, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76 THE SOUTH 10` OF LOT 75 AND NORTH 25` OF LOT 77 T B OGBURN`S ADDITION TO TOWN OF OSPREY ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
