Ordinance 2011-01 Hull Avenue Park Vacation
The Town of Oakland Town Commission will hear the second reading to vacate Hull Avenue Park at a public hearing by the following ordinance:
2011-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, VACATING AN EXISTING PARK AT 532 W HULL AVE.; DEDICATING NEW LAND AS THE REPLACEMENT PARK AT 425 W HULL AVE.; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICT, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The hearing will be at the following time and place:
Date: June 14, 2011
Where: Town Center Meeting Hall
221 N. Arrington Street
Time: 7:00 P.M.
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected at the Town of Oakland Town Hall during regular business hours at 230 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida. All hearings are open to the public. Any interested party is invited to offer comments about this request at the public hearing or in writing to the Town of Oakland, PO Box 98, Oakland FL 34760, or by e-mail to [email protected].
