Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida will offer for sale the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Lot 16, Forsyth Central Commerce Park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 55 and 56, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with:
All existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters,
together with all present and future leases of the property and all rents from the property,
and together with all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by the grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the property, together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any such property, and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale other disposition of the property.
Together with Accounts Relating to Rents and Rental Income now owned and hereafter acquired located on the property at 5104 Forsyth Commerce Road, Orlando, FL 32807;
Together with:
(a) All accessions, attachments, accessories, replacements of and additions to any of the collateral described herein, whether added now or later.
(b) All products and produce of any of the property described in this Collateral section.
(c) All accounts, general intangibles, instruments, rents, monies, payments, and all other rights, arising out of a sale, lease, consignment or other disposition of any of the property described in the Collateral section.
(d) All proceeds (including insurance proceeds) from the sale, destruction, loss, or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral Section, and sums due from a third party who has damaged or destroyed the Collateral or from that party's insurer, whether due to judgment, settlement or other process.
(e) All records and data relating to any of the property described in this Collateral section, whether in the form of a writing, photograph, microfilm, microfiche, or electric media, together with all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to all computer software required to utilize, create, maintain, and process any such records or data on electronic media
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on June 27, 2011, at 11:00 A.M., at the Orange County's Public Auction by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
