NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 23rd day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-01734, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and JORDANA GAMEZ; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORDANA GAMEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 5164, UNIT 31 OF RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8499, PAGE 4131, AND ALL AMENDEMENTS, IF ANY FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
