CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9-931, COURTNEY LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8239, PAGE 2982, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6536 SWISSCO DR UNIT 931, ORLANDO, FL 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 8, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
