NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 10-CA-24218 in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that I, Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17, CHESTERHILL ESTATES PHASE 4, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 41 and 42, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2011, 2011.
