Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/26/2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2003-CA-004252, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITI PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. is the Plaintiff, and Roslyn P. Riggins, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block “0”, RIO GRANDE TERRACE, EIGHTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 71, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
