and commonly known as: 539 COURTLEA COVE AVENUE, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 28, 2011 at 11 A.M.
