NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-017466 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New Yorks, as trustee for the certificate holders CWALT, Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA6, Plaintiff and Richard J. Dodd and Martha J. Dodd are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
