Granger and Lucinda G. Granger, Husband and Wife and Michael L. Ferrer and Cristina Ferrer, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, July 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 4-202, RAPALLO ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4574, PAGE 1681, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
