NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-ca-007138 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certificate Holders Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WCW3, is the Plaintiff and Jessica Allen as Trustee of the 4232 Scott Ave Land Trust, Daniel Herrera, Jane Doe n/k/a Thomas Gomez, John Doe n/k/a Julian Pedie Matia, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
east 1/2 of lot 16, and all of lot 17, marsh's subdivision of block 7, piedmont gardens, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 5, page(S) 27, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
