NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-057186 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and GLEN COLLOM; LOIS COLLUM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; KEYBANK, N.A.; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 62, UNIT 11, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
