NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed filed September 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016801-G, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. indymac venture, llc, a delaware limited liability company (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JD CUSTOM HOMES, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 34, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26 TO 28 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
