NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale filed May 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 07-CA-11232 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-9HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and ELISEO RAFULS; LIDIA M. PADRON; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM, on the 29 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
