NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-054896 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in Trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2005-R7, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R7, Plaintiff and Anthony P. Paddock are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 203, AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VICTORIA ARMS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1759, PAGE 3304, ET SEQ. AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
