NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed May 25, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-055612 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FV-1, in Trust for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings, LLC, Plaintiff and Rita N.A. Mansour and Waleed N. Mansour are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. PH-402 (TYPE F), ESTANCIA AT BONITA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3702, PAGE 2921, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBERS 72 AND 73.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
