NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053425 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Jacobus Van Der Eijk, Waltruad Van Der Eijk, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
