NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 26 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-051700 Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOHN H. BRISTER A/K/A JOHN H. BRISTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELYN BOBERG; JACQUELYN BOBERG; MARY L. BRISTER A/K/A MARY L. BRISTER; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
