ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 is the Plaintiff and JACINDA J. HOLDEN A/K/A JACINDA HOLDEN; JOEL P. HOLDEN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
