NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-057123 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york as successor to jpmorgan chase bank, n.a., as trustee for the certificate holders of structured asset mortgage investments ii trust 2006-ar7, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-ar7 is the Plaintiff and sabrinia kanlic; unknown spouse of sabrina kanlic; city of bonita springs, florida john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 29 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 1 and 2, block 16, heitman's bonita springs townsite, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit of lee county, florida, in plat book 6, page 24.
