NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-050845 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 107, of la palapa condominium, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 1721, page 4577, and all exhibits amendments thereof, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
