Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 27, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
apartment number b-6 of the cypress lakes manor condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 531. page 218 through 253, and any subsequent amendments thereto, public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 1500 memoli lane b6, fort myers, fl 33919; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statues on June 27, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
