lot 21, block 9, country club estates, section 34, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, florida, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 15, page 115, public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 1440 graham cir, lehigh acres, fl 33936; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on June 30, 2011 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
