OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and JOSEPH T. GORMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH T. GORMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; CASA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
