NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 31, 2011, and entered in 08-CA-005050 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein nationstar mortgage, llc, f/k/a centex home equity company, llc, is a Plaintiff and loree t tyler, jason d. tyler are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
begin at point 233.4 feet south from the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 25, township 43 south, range 26 east, lee county, florida; thence run south 100 feet; thence run east 200 feet; thence run north 100 feet; thence run west 200 feet to the point of beginning. also known as lot 14, of an unrecorded plat known as e.g. cook's subdivision, in section 25.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO JASON D. TYLER AND LOREE T. TYLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, BY DEED FROM ROSEMARY W. SAMPSON, A SINGLE WOMAN, RECORDED 04/18/1996, IN DEED BOOK 2697, PAGES 552 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
