NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053643, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ALAN TRACEY A/K/A ALAN R. TRACEY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., NANCY TRACEY A/K/A NANCY PARISI-TRACEY A/K/A NANCY M. DUCKETT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
