I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction Website, https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 322, THE MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6190, PAGES 2029 THROUGH 2116 AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 74 THROUGH 79, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 29 THROUGH 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
