NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 27 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-068777, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein household finance corporation iii is the Plaintiff and HAROLD P SMITH, TAMIAMI MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., TAMIAMI VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD P SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 26 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 24, TAMIAMI VILLAGE, UNIT 1, PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 100, AND 100-A, PUBLIC REECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1984 SHER DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS; 13005116A AND 13005116B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
