NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 24 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-69837, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRust bank is the Plaintiff and joel barrick a/k/a joel a. barrick; kari barrick; westminster community association, inc.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 87, of westminster phase 1-b & 1-c, a subdivision of a portion of section 32, township 44 south, range 26 east, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 57, page(S) 82 through 85, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida. and lot v68, westminster, phase 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 73, pages 50 and 51, public records OF lee county, florida. (note; this pertains to mortgagee title policy only)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
