NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070765 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Marsh Landing Community Association at Estero, Inc., Thomas E. Lewis, Valerie S. Lewis, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK “D”, OF MARSH LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 42 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
