NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 17, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-60491 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and WINFRIED SAUTER, A MARRIED MAN AND DIANE SAUTER, HIS WIFE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ET AL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 23 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
