AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 26, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT ( S ) 9 AND 10, BLOCK 2188, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 33 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE ( S ) 40 TO 61 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
