BANKUNITED, FSB, is Plaintiff and STUART M. WESTRAN and SUSAN L. WESTRAN, husband and wife, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against STUART M. WESTRAN or SUSAN L. WESTRAN; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; BANK OF AMERICA; WATERFORD VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 7 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, GATEWAY PHASE 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 65 THROUGH 70 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
