NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-062497-0001CH of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Citimortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Veronica B. Riehm, Unknown Spouse of Veronica B. Riehm, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 1 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 73, SECOND ADDITION TO ISLAND HARBORS, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF LOT 73, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 73 AND 72 AND CANAL H; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 73 TEN FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE PLATTED CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 71, 72 AND 73 OF THE AFORESAID PLAT.
