Alternative Loan Trust 2004-30CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-30CB, is the Plaintiff and Alfred R. Rinick, Unknown Spouse of Alfred R. Rinick, Current Tenants, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
