NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-050107 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage is the Plaintiff and ANN D. Ricker and unknown tenant(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.M on the 7 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 29 and 30, block 1882, unit 45, part 1, cape coral according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 21, pages 135 through 150, of the public records of lee county, florida
