NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 1 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-051405, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association is the Plaintiff and magdaledy robles a/k/a magdaledy ribles, tuscany gardens condominium association, inc, tuscany gardens condominium, inc., jane doe a/k/a yolanda mendez, john doe a/k/a hector mendez and unknown spouse of magdaledy robles a/k/a magdaledy ribles IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
