NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-051922, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, inc , is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY CATHEY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., LISA A. CATHEY, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
