NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-15678-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, Plaintiff, and ADAMS, RITA, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of June, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 11, Block 95, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT FIVE, PHASE III, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4758, Page 2078, et seq., and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 72 and 73, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
