NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-059547 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, Plaintiff, and JAMES M. LYNCH, KAREN LYNCH, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1 day of July, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lots 9, 10 and 11, block 1495, cape coral unit 17, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 14, page 23, of the public records of lee county, florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
