PEKOL A/K/A ROBERT PEKOL; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; HIGH POINT PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; CITY OF FORT MYERS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 7 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
