Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 22, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1021, OF ISLAND COVE OF CAPE CORAL, PHASE 10, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4408, AT PAGE 1715, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 1021, AS DEPICTED IN SAID DECLARATION, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 1797 FOUR MILE COVE PKWY 1021, fort myers, fl 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on June 23, 2011 at 9 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
