YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., seeking foreclosure of the following real property:

Lots 15, 16, 27, 28, 43, 44, Block F, RIVER HALL COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE TWO, according to map or plat thereof recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2006000409514, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.

Parcel 2:

Lot 7, Block A, AND Lot 8, Block D, WEST BAY CLUB, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 79 through 111, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to L. Geoffrey Young, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
