RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; SEMINOLE ISLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SEMINOLE ISLE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on June 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
