NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-ca-063885 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 1 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
