and on June 29th, 2011, at 540 Seminole Blvd., Lot 34, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida 33770, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
